[During the balance beam performance]
(Chinese gymnast loses her balance and jerks herself back into balance)
"Wow! She made a mistake! Really selling the U.S. performance!"
(US gymnast does the same thing)
"Uh... she's nervous."
Points taken:
1) Balance beam is really really hard. (Actually, I worked on balance beams as a kid, and it _was_ really hard!)
2) Maybe I watch the rest of the Olympics on MUTE.
3) Let's put the commentators on the balance beam and have the Olympians hurl insults at them.
