1) The RFID reader is consistently slow. The first time you try to unlock the car it'll beep but nothing happens. Then you have to wait ~5 seconds and try again, and usually the doors unlock.
2) If you're loading groceries, you can't just open the trunk/tailgate/whatever and put the groceries in the back. Since the RFID reader is on the front, the key is attached to the dashboard, and there's no remote entry, you have to set your stuff down, RFID-unlock the car, open the front door to pull the release lever, and then load your cargo. Doubly annoying if (0) happens.
3) The interior lights do not come on until you put the key in the ignition and turn it to ON. This is bad if you're stumbling your way into a darkened, unfamiliar, and not-adjusted-for-you car at night.
4) Every time you get in a car for the first time that day you have to re-adjust the seat, steering wheel, mirrors, etc to fit you.
#4 is unavoidable. #3 I suspect was done so that people don't walk away from the car with the dome lights on and drain the battery (though if you can change the behavior to require a key I can't imagine it would be that hard to put it on a timer so that the light goes off after 5 minutes).
#1 and #2 could be made less troublesome if they put RFID readers next to the front 2 door handles and the tailgate so that the doors automatically unlock when you approach the car (like the Prius). Heck, if they put an RFID reader in the center console then you wouldn't even need the key--just bring the RFID card and away you go.
