another one bites the dust...

Hooray, my T60's hard disk just died. A good thing I'd just created git repos of most everything and copied them to snowberry. Not so good that the work stuff hadn't been uploaded yet.

20G WD Caviar (found in garbage can) (2003)
360M Quantum Fireball (2004)
80G Hitachi (T40) (2006)
250G WD Caviar (imac) (2007)
100G Seagate Momentus 7200.1 (T60) (2008)

As you can see, apparently I kill a drive about once per year.
