Mysteries Revealed!

I just realized this tonight--the neighborhood across Burnside from me is called Montavilla. Montavilla == Mount Tabor Villa(ge).

I live in Mount Tabor proper, and wondered why they across the street had such a similar sounding name. Now I know why.
